How Discreet Is A Package Once It Arrives At My Door?
Many of our customers prefer their transactions with us to remain private, and so we offer a guarantee of confidentiality. We ship in plain brown boxes with nothing on them but a shipping label. You will get a packing list with our company name and address on it only. Only the address of our shipping warehouse will appear on the return address. We will only contact you when there is a problem with your order that we cannot solve internally. All correspondence, including e-mail will bear the words "private and confidential". Your business with our store is no one's business but yours.
