What Is The Time Period Of Shipment?
Your product will be shipped from our supply house within 24-48 hours of your product purchase. However, if your product is backordered or out of stock a customer service representative will contact you with shipping information regarding your product. Our customer service team stays on top of our website to make sure that this is very unlikely to happen by keeping our inventory up to date at all times. Our fill rate is over 95% but sometimes we cannot control backorders.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?
We ship all of our orders using USPS Priority Mail. We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Counting the time it takes to leave our warehouse, you should usually allow 7-10 business days for your product to arrive.
How Much Will I Be Charged For Shipping And Handling?
We charge you a very reasonable shipping fee based on the amount of products that you are ordering and the total weight of your shipment. You will not be charged any type of handling fees. Your shipping amount will be shown in your shopping cart as you add products.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number For My Shipment?
You will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours of your product being shipped. The traking number will be sent to the e-mail address that you use in our checkout system. This e-mail says absolutely nothing about what is in the package. It just tells you when to expect your package.
