What is the time period of shipment?

Your product will be shipped from our supply house within 24-48 hours of your product purchase. However, if your product is backordered or out of stock a customer service representative will contact you with shipping information regarding your product. Our customer service team stays on top of our website to make sure that this is very unlikely to happen by keeping our inventory up to date at all times. Our fill rate is over 95% but sometimes we cannot control backorder issues.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We ship UPS Ground for all domestic orders and we currently don’t ship outside of the United States. You should allow 7-10 business days for your product to arrive.


How much will I be charged for shipping and handling?

We charge you a flat rate shipping and handling fee. No matter how much the specific amount of your purchase is, your shipping and handling fees will cost $8.95. This fee covers all standard UPS shipping fees to any location in the United States.


Will I receive a tracking number on my shipment?

You will receive a UPS tracking number within 24 hours of your product being shipped. If you provide an e-mail address, UPS will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and date shipped. This e-mail comes from UPS, says nothing about what is in the package, but just tells you when to expect your package.


Please Note:

Arrivals are based on carrier standards without any shipping discrepancies or problems. Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays are not considered business days. UPS requires a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery. If you have a P.O. Box as a delivery address, your shipment will not be delivered.


What items can be returned?

Only defective items can be returned. They will be replaced with the exact same item. No cash refunds are available unless your order is lost during the shipping period.


What is needed to return a product?

All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective products please fill out our online item return ticket by clicking the contact customer services link on the home page under the customer resources link section. Please include all information in the form to insure a quick return.


How long do I have to return my item?

You have 15 days to submit your online return ticket and 30 days to return your product. If we haven’t received your online ticket return or your product itself within these time periods your item will not be replaced.


Where do I mail my defective item and who pays for shipping?

In order to receive an exchange item, please send your defective item back to the address shown in the return label and include a letter stating what was found wrong with the item. We are not responsible for shipping charges for exchange items sent back to our warehouse. Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out at no extra charge to the customer.


Is my credit card information secure and encrypted?

How discreet is a package once it arrives at my door?

Many of our customers prefer their transactions with us to remain private, and so we offer a guarantee of confidentiality. We ship in plain brown boxes with nothing on them but a shipping label. You will get a packing list with our company name and address on it only. Only the address of our shipping warehouse will appear on the return address. We will only contact you when there is a problem with your order that we cannot solve internally. All correspondence, including e-mail will bear the words "private and confidential".
